Wine making process: The fermentation takes place mainly in stainless steel tanks
Ageing: At the end of the wine-making process the wine is transferred into stainless steel tanks for 6 months and where malolactic fermentation takes place.
Wine features: Deep ruby-red. It has a rather intense, characteristic nose which is flowery and little fruity at the same time, with nice light overtones of wood and spices. The flavour is full, persistent, nicely dry and velvety.
